Back in 2018 I completely tore my ACL and my Meniscus. I hurt it playing my sport, and getting back into progression after surgery was a long, hard road.
However, using dynamic tapping, I've been able to transform my fear into excitement and I'm back and performing at levels beyond where I was when I got injured. Its all a mindset!
