He uses his civil engineering and construction management to assess whether a house should be fixed up or sold as-is. He is a former private Fiduciary and he specializes in probate real estate and helping beneficiaries to navigate the court system. You’ll want to listen to the end, as he reveals his secrets for how he gets buyers into heated bidding wars and prevents post-offer negotiations.

As a Realtor, Miguel Nunez and his team at Miguel Nunez & Associates specializes in probate and trust real estate sales. The Trustees, Trust Officers, Fiduciaries and Attorneys he has partnered with over the past 23 years have found that Miguel’s professional background as a former private Fiduciary lends a unique understanding to the complexities of the disposition of residential and commercial real estate where trusts and probate are a consideration. Miguel’s early career as a licensed Civil Engineer with a Master’s in Construction Management also brings a keenly experienced and knowledgeable eye to the assessment and valuation of client properties. Serving over ten years as a Private Fiduciary, further increased his understanding of the Probate process, pitfalls and court dynamics. When undertaking the selection of a Realtor, the depth and breadth of information he provides clients facilitates the due diligence process with the Beneficiaries, Estate Attorneys, Private Fiduciaries and the Courts. His firm also assists clients with readying properties for sale with the many licensed handymen, cleaning crews, estate sales teams, locksmiths, hauling and contractors, etc., that we have long-standing relationships with.
