Welcome to this episode where we have a VERY inspiring guest with us; Diane Pierotti. Diane is a mother of three boys. Her eldest son is almost 7 years old and her twins are almost 4. In this episode we hear about Diane’s incredible birth story of her twin boys which was a VBAC (vaginal birth after caesarean). Diane had planned for a natural birth with her first born but after a very long and distressing labour, this birth resulted in a caesarean. Despite this, she was determined to experience a physiological natural birth with her twins but this required a lot of determination to find a support team that encouraged her vision. A VBAC with twins is not something that the medical system encourages but Diane researched all the risks and found that it was a safe option to birth her twins vaginally.
