Welcome to the South Asia Gender Con! during this era of the increasing COVID
Pandemic, we are limited at our homes and the violence is increasing. Trade Union across South Asia are facing issues of labour law suspension to job losses; the worst hit are the women and transgender community. 

S.A Gender Con, is a platform for the voices of women/transgenders working in the transport union sector in Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Sri Lanka and Pakistan.

<p>Today at S.A Gender Con we will be speaking to Satya Vaanni (a survivor of domestic violence) , she is currently working with the Indian Railways and is a survivor of domestic violence. Satya speaks about her personal journey fighting and Bouncing Back from domestic violence; she is role model for women and society, especially who think a survivor should looked upon with a 'feeling sorry eyes' rather than a 'strong warrior'...</p>
