Who the hell am I? and why should you be listening? in Episode 4, I establish my credibility and bring my receipts. Taking you through many of my past projects and an overview into my career, showing this tie, that its always been about building genuine positive cultures of cool.

In Episode 2 we talked about a lot of issues plaguing business in America. In this episode we start to define the surface of the solution. That Solution being Creating an Irresistible Environment within a Genuine Positive Culture.

Before we can create a genuine positive culture of cool that has an irresistible environment we have to first understand what's wrong and what's not working. So, in this episode we are looking at and defining what's wrong. We are going to be defining the problems that we will be looking at, not as issues, but opportunities for improvement.

This first show is just dipping my toes in the water and adding it to the list of projects I am currently working on. As the show grows and develops, so will the production value and my skills as a podcaster. This is step one in my new journey.
