Laura Hugo is a runner for the Oiselle Team, mother, and educational consultant.

In this episode, Laura discusses her background in athletics as competitive collegiate swimmer. She explains how she was inspired to start running-- from her college roommate, former American record holder in the steeplechase, Ann Gaffigan. Lauren explains what it means to run for Oiselle and her favorite distance, the 5k. She reveals how motherhood and pregnancy has changed her relationship to running and tips on training with a stroller. Laura provides insight on how to schedule running workouts as a working mother. She shares why she looks up to Lauren Fleshman, another Oiselle Team athlete. Lastly, Laura previews upcoming races and goals.
