On this episode we hear from 2 biracial women and the struggles that they face from their eyes.  My wife gives her experience from growing up vs Niyah who is dealing with it currently.  Some good insights from both generations and an overall message of accepting people as they are.

On this episode, Tanesha and I get into our reaction from the election and the issues that we see coming from the rhetoric that's being passed around.  We cannot continue to go down this path and expect to be a better United nation.  America is TORN!

I give a little light to the darkness of 2020 and some of the things you may have missed as you've struggled with this year.  I understand that everyone hasn't had the same experience, trust me I do,  but you have to try and find some joy to hold on to.   Weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning!!

I discuss the events from the Thursday Night football game, where people were booing Unity.  As we've said when Colin started his protest-it was never about the flag-and clearly it wasn't about that for you all as well.

We have a hard discussion around how Hollywood treats its Black actors from the perspective of a Black actress.  Nidra Sous la Terre is an accomplished actress and currently is a professor at Pace University School of Performing Arts.  She has been on: T.V. (Law & Order:SVU, Orange is the New Black & Blue Bloods Film (I AM Legend, Cocoa Loco)   Theater (The Book of Mormon (Broadway), Marvin's Room.   

This term needs to be buried.  Black Americans are the only group that has a label for crime.  Crime is Crime-Period-

Calling out to fathers everywhere!!  Our children need us!!! Be aware. Be there.  Be righteous!
