Used to love listening, but lately the only guys you talk to are guys promoting a book or a “system”. I want to hear from coaches who coach - not guys who write books and self-promote. Not interested in hearing from those guys-but I’d love to put them on our schedule.

What’s makes these guys so great is the fact they are humble coaches that are always open to new ideas. They are authentic. Something I look forward to every week.

As a young coach who is barely starting his career, I am very glad I came across this podcast. I enjoy the different guests from different backgrounds that are on the show, and how the content and get my creative juices flowing.

I’m an ex-player and current official. Love the passion the guys bring along with the o-line focus. I officiate the umpire position so learning more about o-line play has been invaluable.

These guys get at the culture of what it takes to be a high school football coach. They ask the right questions, they talk to the right people, and they give wisdom that will accelerate the knowledge of any coach. On top of that, they have stories and guests that will make you laugh and make you think. Truly a pleasure to listen to them every week.

A great pod! Dive into scheme AND culture. Most pods choose one or the other it seems. Also get a variety of coaches at all levels. Very interesting.

Outstanding podcast. Opened my eyes as a young OL coach trying to be better. I am an OL coach at a Southern California JUCO and face many challenges that are unique to this level. I am curious to see if you have covered the topic of JUCO coaching, particularly offensive line.

Very down to earth guys that ask great questions.

I can’t support this podcast any longer. I’ve coached for 13 years, and have been a loyal listener. My question you You is this: are you pro coach or pro advertising ?

Coach Harper and Coach Walz have excellent guests and ask great questions. It’s very obvious they are passionate about football. The conversations between them and their guests are amazing. Honest, unscripted and packed full of coaching gold. They keep raising the bar. I’m excited to see how their work impacts the sport we love. A MUST listen for football coaches that want to build their program and body of knowledge.

These guys do a great job. I really enjoy listening to these guys on my drives or at the gym. They are very knowledgeable and have great guests. Sometimes it’s just great coach talk, sometimes they talk heavy scheme. All kinds of great info and resources for coaches.

Only been listening for 3 days. Have binge listened like crazy. This should be required listening for any football coach especially offensive line coaches.

I’m Nick Craney, DC at Knoxville Central High School in Tennessee. I love the what you guys are doing with this podcast! My question that I’d love to hear two OL coach’s perspectives on is this: What are some of the toughest things defenses do to give your kids trouble? I’ve heard several views on this, some day movement pre and post snap that confuses kids, others say defensive linemen that play with great technique and leverage that make the OL work like crazy for every inch ground.

These guys make my commute seem like I’m still at the field house shooting the bull. They have a great selection of guest from both sides of the ball. The stories and lessons learned are worth every second.

Who doesn't love hearing some O Line guys talk shop?! A great podcast that covers a wide scope of football coaching- from past experiences to schematic chalk talk, RTP is a must listen to every week.

As a young coach I love listening to this podcast as it gives me an opportunity to learn from coaches with many more years of experience. I can learn things that I didn’t know before and can confirm things I already knew. The flow of the podcast is always great and the questions brought up really make you hit the pause button and ask yourself the same question. If you’re not Listening to RTP then you’re not getting better!

Been a member of other web based services that provided articles. But as a coach, I’m always driving around daily. The RTP podcast allows me to learn new ideas or concepts and is a great way to start the day/week while planning for next season.

Beyond proud to call him an old friend when he played college football and now to see how exceptional he is at not only coaching but podcasting!!! Cheers🍻

This is a much needed and appreciated podcast. These guys are what every coach looks for in their coaching mentors: low ego and high output! The info is honest and useful while Coach Walz and Coach Harper are intentional about giving us what we need. I couldn't recommend it more, and I can't wait to see what's next!

I coach HS football and really enjoy this podcast. Great insight from great hosts and guests. My favorite part is the conversations that can take place throughout the episodes. It’s guys that actually know football asking questions and having conversations instead of a journalist just interviewing a coach. Don’t miss out.

Great Pod Cast by a great football mind who is also great man Rowdy Harper. It’s awesome hearing him talk about the game of football and was very informative to learn more about the game! Offensive Line is the heart and soul of any Championship football team and I’m glad the big guys are getting some more love and recognition that they deserve up front!

As an offensive line coach, I always love finding ways to improve and get better. I love this podcast because it is very informative and Rowdy does a great job covering a lot of different topics. Would highly recommend anyone who loves O line play and football in general.

Excellent podcast these guys really know their stuff. I Like that they drop little nuggets about their college and high school experiences along with some of the big names they have spent time around the game with. Not sure if it’s their purpose by any means but if they aren’t already getting some calls from big college programs for insight they will. Keep up the good work.

I think we all recognize, the most underrated aspect of a football program is the Offensive Line. The most improvement needed for lacking offenses in my opinion lies here. The more you can learn and perfect your program from the content rich information these gentlemen compile for you, the better incremental improvements you will be able to see as you build out your offensive unit as a whole. Great job guys. Looking forward to following this podcast long term!
