Life has us moving pretty quickly lately!  Sorry we weren't able to release a show last week!  But we're back!  Chris and Christian head out for a 5K run around the track and then regroup in the Jeep Studio to record another episode of Run As You Are!  We take your comments and questions and discuss all things running!
