…but I also listen pretty much everywhere because this podcast is so good to listen to at any time, any place, to get your mind off of things and have a great laugh.

As another reviewer had mentioned, I also met some of the jesters at the LI Tabletop Gaming Expo. We actually played in a Blood on the Clocktower group and the interactions they had there definitely led me to listening, and I haven’t regretted it. I’m only 11 eps through Power in the Dark right now but I’ve found the table banter extremely relatable and the whole gang always has me laughing. Not only are the players all wonderful RPers (and the voices are fantastic (Leo and Hesk are my personal favorites) but Casey is also an excellent DM and his world building also doesn’t disappoint. Episodes fit almost perfectly into my work commute and I can’t wait to hear more! Double thumbs up to everyone!

RPJesters is the only reason my apartment is clean! RPjesters is such a fun podcast to listen to it almost feels like my friends are hosting game night in my living room! They sound so amicable and jovial I caught myself saying “Jeez I asked those guys if they wanted to stay for dinner and its weird they never responded”. The episodes are manageable to listen to on a commute or after work which has finally given myself motivation to vacuum the living room rug. Every cast member comes up with compelling characters and voices so it’s easy to keep track of and each dm has had their own unique style fitting the stories. Each new arc they play keeps you on your feet from the classic fantasy game,to an urban scary vampire story, and even whimsical holiday specials there is something for everyone at the court. The stories have not only made me laugh but also cry at how emotional and well crafted they are. Even their intros and outros have fun stories whether you want to learn about an early 1900s magician or the lore behind the mysterious plugmaster. As someone who has played rpgs for a long time it is also fun hearing the jesters try out different systems to see what I would want to bring to my group at home. In short RPJesters is one of the best DnD or tabletop ropleplay podcasts out there! Much love to the jester’s court and all hail the mighty plug master!

I try to save new episodes of this podcast for the long hours I spend in the car to get to work. The unintended consequence of this is that now I look forward to long commutes with extra traffic. I'm not sure if it's the very clean editing, or just incredibly skilled players, but there's not a second of dead air on Midnight Gravity. Every second is impactful and high tension. It's the pacing I would expect from a much higher-budget production, or a scripted audiodrama. If the high stakes for remarkably complex characters isn't enough to pull you in, ST Jonas paints an fantastically vivid depiction of Seattle and its kindred denizens. I've never been to Seattle, but I'm now undeservingly confident I could navigate the underground alone. Is anyone else obsessed with what Eliott's plan could be?

As the title says, I downloaded Apple Podcasts just to write a review because the green music app doesn’t let me tell people just how amazing this podcast is. RP jesters down right fantastic. No matter who is running the game each week, they deliver an engaging story that will make you laugh, cry, then beg for another episode. Acting is spot on and there is a richness to every character, from a candy golem to a weirdly lovable mortician. Even if you don’t play TTRPGS, you will enjoy this podcast

As a fan of DnD podcasts, I can’t recommend RPJesters enough! The cast dynamic so great. The banter is hilarious and the gameplay is top tier! Paired with great production and editing, it really is one of the best DnD podcasts I’ve listened to. Keep up the amazing work guys!

Let me preface by noting that I don’t play D&D or other RPGs. With that said, I truly enjoy the RP Jesters podcast. If you enjoy role playing games, you’ll definitely enjoy this podcast. If you enjoy creativity and humor, you too will enjoy listening. The team does an amazing job storytelling and adding creative humor along the way. Tune in every Monday for the latest drop. If only Casey could be the Dungeon Master of my heart— Full of creativity and banter, truly they are DND squad goals. It’s awesome especially if you haven’t been in the mix or actively on a Champaign in a while ( thanks COVID) keeps you feeling connected! Love em.

The cast of RP Jesters never fails to leave me in stitches at the end of each episode. Between the in party banter and comedic timing from all involved, PitD is well worth the listen. Additionally, at a standard runtime of 1 hour per episode it’s super easy to get invested and binge through the episodes as you wait to see/hear what happens next. Looking forward to what shenanigans the party gets up to next.

If you’re looking for a bunch of friends playing a mix of every kind of dice rolling RPGs you’d be hard pressed to find a better one. Love their focus on the narrative and their atmosphere makes you feel like you’re back home playing with your best friends. My favorite listen every week!

These guys are absolutely hilarious. I've found myself bust out laughing at least once every episode. Don't be fooled though! The DM knows how to drop a heavy scene and the party can keep that tone going seamlessly. The story has all kinds of twists and turns, I could not tell you how a scene is going to play out or what is going to happen next. The cliffhangers leave me stalking my spotify to download the next episode as soon as it drops every Monday. This podcast has really reignited my desire to play with a group again.

This podcast has me looking forward to going to work Monday mornings. Awesome RP’ing and very funny!!

Casey and friends do an amazing job of bringing the campaign to life. As someone who is interested in dnd but not as knowledgeable in the lore, they make it super easy to follow. It’s super laid back and an overall good time! The group has such an amazing energy and it makes for great gameplay! I highly recommend it

I’ve never been super into dungeons and dragons but all of my friends are. I was recommended this podcast and figured I’d give it a shot. I can definitely say I was not disappointed. This group is super funny and the world is really interesting. 10/10 would definitely recommend to everyone
