I am truly grateful to be part of the Royse City Methodist Church family. I cherish the 10 years of ministry God has blessed me with here in Royse City, and I eagerly anticipate many more years of service to come.

Today, we celebrate the 250th anniversary of the founding of the United States of America. In this celebration, we remember the freedoms we have received from Christ. How do we live out this freedom in Christ, and for others?

The word “ faith " is thrown around a lot. I have Faith in my favorite team to win, I have faith the car will start… but how do we look at our faith in Jesus Christ? Is it the same… or does it mean much more?

Today, we celebrate Vacation Bible School. Pastor Chris and the kids reflect on our scripture from Philippians 4:13.

We begin a series called Solid Steps today. These scriptureswere picked by members of our church as they hold on to a Word fromScripture as their Word for 2026. Today, we look at a connecting word,renew. How do we renew ourselves in the love and grace of Jesus Christ as we continue to share his love with others?

We close our series on a special message of Unity. Unity isn’t about giving up our own personalities and giftings, but it’s about having the same mindset in reaching people for Jesus Christ. How can we promote unity with each other as we continue to move forward in the grace that God has given us through Jesus?
