Mourning is not only a pathway to acceptance, but it also makes us fully aware of the present - where we are and what we have.
Businesses and Entrepreneurs have to navigate this new reality in real time. There are very few do-overs. Not everyone was prepared for what is happening in the world today. The world had gone digital and accelerated the rate of adoption at an unprecedented pace.
These are my views on it.
Enjoy!

A nightmare is not something kind, and a recurring one cannot be easy to live with.
Imagine living with one for over 200 years. Imagine being systematically marginalised and living in torment for over 200 years.
These are the dual realities of race relations. The fearing and the feared share this uncomfortable world and have to face each other daily.

Hello Everyone
Thank you for taking your time to tune in and listen to Rough Thoughts That Shape. The idea started with a blog way back in 2010 where i would write about great conversations, with friends and family, that would shape my thinking and the person i choose to become. The topics would range from simple to complex and sometimes blend facts and fiction.
My favourite line from Redman is "When EPMD dropped It's My Thing! i said damn i got to get in this rap game..."
After much hesitancy and contemplation, i decided to jump in to this podcast game.
Bien venidos y muchas gracias
