One of the most important parts of a successful dynasty team is to be able to nail your rookie drafts. This is an excellent resource in doing just that. Only one problem it's not a daily podcast, but they do give extensive information so it's understandable that it can't be.

Way too many numbers thrown at you. I counted 50 stats in 5 minutes, it's too many to absorb at once IMO.

The mix of metrics and tape provide total perspective of both quantitative and qualitative analysis. Often too many tout one or the other as the preferred method. This podcast shows you a combination of both is the best. Both hosts have good rapport with each other for easy listen.

Totally worth listening to. The hosts are great and give unique insight into a lot of players. They really know their stuff.

One of my favorite podcasts. Mixes film and metrics in an ideal blend. Love hearing Nick and George give their takes on players from their respective(film vs metrics). Look forward to the new one each week.

The DLF FilMetrx Podcast is the perfect mix of evaluating players via film and the numbers. The in-depth analysis has really helped me figure out players in dynasty as well as in re-draft. I'd absolutely recommend the podcast to anyone wanting to get more into fantasy football. A+++

As someone newer to the world of dynasty fantasy football and NFL player evaluation, FilMetrx has been an amazing resource and an always entertaining listen. Nick's background in coaching and George's background in analytics are a perfect fit, and each episode presents an interesting picture of NFL players and prospects from the lens of two different schools of evaluation. You will get smarter about player evaluation listening to this podcast. Nick and George have a great rapport, and have been outstanding additions to the DFL podcast as well. All in all, one of my most anticipated regular podcast releases. Keep 'em coming, guys! @Dan_McD

First, these guys do their research. That's clear. There come several points in the show where George will rattle off tons of stats and metrics. The problem is, they come so fast sometimes that they almost mean nothing. You can name the stats, but focus on the ones that matter, and say why they matter. It's especially hard to take significant meaning from these stats when I'm driving in the car--all I end up hearing are just numbers being dumped out. I love looking at metrics, but it needs to be done in a meaningful way. Second, the show can feel very slow at times. The hosts are fine, but nick in particular can speak very slowly sometimes. I recently started listening at 1.5x and it sounds like a semi-normal speed. Unfortunately, this only compounds the problem mentioned earlier. Finally, I think spending a bit more time on the overall audio quality would make for a huge improvement overall. Overall, there's some really good content here. You'll have to dig a little bit to get it, but these guys know their stuff.

I really enjoy the film study combined with the analytical side. I highly recommend subscribing and listening to the breakdowns we don't have time todo ourselves....

Do you like metric based info for Fantasy Football then why aren't you listening to these guys? Not just numbers walk but they are entertaining too. Do yourself a favor and listen. @fantasypastor

This is a great show. Especially the last show that focused on some veterans and their careers so far and the analytics behind them. In a time when everyone is super focused on rookies, this was a nice reprieve. These guys know what they are doing. @stevenwduke

Just wanted to say I wouldn't change a thing. You guys kill it every time! It's important to have a balance of what you see on the field vs what the numbers say when evaluating NFL talent. Thanks for all you guys do!

This podcast is for anyone who wants an edge in fantasy football. Detailed player profiles that look at players' entire career, including college. Great balance between analytics and film review. It's obvious Nick and George put a lot of thought and effort into their analysis and I look forward to each new episode. Keep up the great work!

Exactly what I want from podcast: thorough, unbiased reviews of players based on film and metrics. Worried that the hosts jumping to the sinking ship that is the dlf podcast will kill this format...

The back and forth metrics plus film analysis is different than any other fantasy Fb podcast out there. Additionally, love how Whalen and Kritikos bring it forward from the college ranks into their pro careers. Allows a longer term view of growth and projections. Would love to hear some analysis on Javorious Allen and Kenny Bell too. Thanks fellas!

actually not easy to find in fantasy podcast land.

Obviously I'm already a big fan of both George and Nick, but even an objective owner will quickly realize the power of these two approaches to analyzing players. The chemistry between the hosts is great, allows for natural conversation and disagreements, while providing valuable information for fantasy football owners. Moving up my list of favorite podcasts quickly!
