Remember to be kind to yourself, even when life feels overwhelming. It's okay to struggle sometimes, but know that you are not alone. Take some time to reflect on your challenges and find clarity. Embrace the lessons you learn, and use them to heal and grow. Remember to always keep moving forward with truth and love. Identify | Acknowledge | Heal | Grow.

So you want to be your child's best friend? I think that's admirable, but do you want to know everything? How many details do you want?
You are only ready for this life if you can face yourself at that age and learn everything that came after that, but explain it to the irrational self at that age. Good Luck!

The hiatus is over. Season 2 opens with a new friend Jay as we walk through his love journey - with self, relationships, and God. There was a lot of interference when we recorded, but we pushed through to get to the end of the message for this episode. Enjoy the first of a two-part episode.

Janet Jackson changed my life at the ripe old age of 7...YES 7! When the Control album dropped and my brother brought it home. There's a video somewhere in the United States of America of me dancing to Control as a part of a school project. This album shaped more than I thought in my life and what I feel, desire, and know about love. Yeah...at 7 I knew that Let's Wait A While, was only a matter of time.
Let us know what you think...What does this album mean to you? Does he even know that I'm alive? Shoot I'm in 4th grade right now wondering if that 5th grader knew I had a crush on him.
