we’ve reached the end of season one, adventurers! and what a journey it’s been. we’ve delved deep into land divination, opened portals, told stories, made sounds, met amazing characters, and now we are prepared to answer the call of the wise one and find him a successor to protect his kingdom of farcity. listen in as the wizard and the bard anchor their magick in farcity and bring forth its new guardian at the crossroads to answer the wise one’s call. a totem is in the works and will be created in time for the full moon on october 28. this is our final episode of romantick magick until november, but during the break follow us @romantickmagick and on romantickmagick.com to see us build the totem and prepare it for ritual, as well as make plans for season two, opening the shop, and securing ourselves a piece of land to give artarium a home. we’ll keep posting zumgradas at @zumgrada_ambiencia, shop updates @creacada, and amazing art @bowmanism. see you in november, adventurers!

this week’s show features a symphony for the elements. we introduce the wizard’s gallery of magical music-making machines: the lyra-8, enner, cosmos, and pipe, all from Soma Laboratory. these four machines represent the elements of earth, air, water, and fire, bringing elemental connections to each of the wizard’s zumgrada soundscapes. the bard also pulls in the oracle artarium to pay tribute to the elements in an experimental guided meditation.

it’s high time we start honoring the moon cycles here on the romantick magick podcast. beginning with this week’s super blue moon in pisces, we will forthwith recognize each month’s full moon with a three-card reading from the oracle artarium. this reading will also incorporate the tarot, crystals and stones, planets, the zodiac, and other cosmic connectors you may be familiar with. one card will look back, the next will gaze up at the moon herself, and the third will speak of the month ahead, what we can except, or perhaps strive for.  the wizard has whipped up a truly remarkable soundscape to accompany the reading, inspired by luna’s especially powerful glow.

this week the wizard arrives at the shop with his winnings from a card game, a man-size machine covered in dust and adorned with the name, Q.G. Caster. we explore this magical new addition to the shop, learn the name of The Wise One’s kingdom, and the wizard and the bard begin fixing up Q.G. to get his help as the project unfolds. stay tuned for a sonic ritual featuring sounds from inside our shop, Creacada.
