Tay chats with Bronx cyclist and community advocate Edmundo, who fell in love with cycling in 2011 and since then has organized a number of cycling related events in the Bronx, most notably Bronx Cranksgiving. Edmundo is also involved in many community activities off the bike as well, especially those dealing with his neighborhood park, Concrete Plant Park which has transformed into not only a beautiful waterfront park but also home to a community food forest.
