I caught up with good friends and ex colleagues, Samuel Hurley and Antonio Wedral, who have cofounded one of the indsutry's fastest-growing SEO agencies. NOVOS have grown from strength to strength in recent years and have built what a lot of people have identified to be a solid company culture. But just how have they achieved this? Most importantly, what were the biggest challenges along the way?

It’s finally time for me to release the second episode of the RoleTalk podcast, and I can honestly say this is probably going to be one of the most powerful ones that I’ll release. Owing to other commitments there has been a little more of a gap between this episode and the last.  This time around, it’s all about diversity and inclusion in the digital space, and we invited two highly-qualified, frankly incredible guests to speak to this for us (because let’s face it, I am not the one to discuss this). Chima Mmeje is a seasoned SEO focused content specialist who currently works over at global agency, Zenith, and Reji Ojiaku is also an SEO content pro over at Rise at Seven.  Most crucial to this episode, both have been incredibly accomplished in their efforts to improve the situation around diversity and inclusion in the digital marketing industry – particularly when it comes to bridging the vast gaps in opportunity for people in the black community both in the UK and overseas. The entire episode and the views within it are all from their perspective and experiences.
