Ald. Bob Fioretti is calling for a hearing on a city deal to allow researchers to install data-collection sensors on Chicago light poles, saying Mayor Rahm Emanuel's administration first should have gotten City Council approval before going ahead with the project. He now joins Roe & Roeper.
