A group of Northwestern University professors and researchers have developed a blood test to diagnose depression in adults, the school revealed in a study set to be published today. Eva Redei, Professor in Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences and Physiology at Northwestern University, joins the show to talk about the study. Lauren and Ravi discuss.

President Obama is expanding a $763 million military-led plan to help West Africa nations fight the spread of the Ebola virus and prevent it from reaching the United States. Peterson was deactivated for the Vikings' against the New England Patriots after he was charged of reckless or negligent injury to a child.
