...but a good interview is a good interview and Eddy knocks it out of the park. He knows his stuff. It's a great listen.

Great podcast. Even if you're not a beer fan it's still enjoyable as a lot of the guests don't venture into the world of under attenuated candy stouts and teeth peeling American lactic bombs. The interviews feel short but touch on quite a few subjects in the hour talk.

These podcasts are so entertaining, I find myself excitingly waiting for the next one. The people that come on are fascinating. U rock Rocknroll beer guy! 💖

This is a great podcast, I really appreciate that the host has a variety of guests like Steve Brooks of Torche and Sascha from Intronaut. I enjoy the interviews with the brewers as well. Great job and I can't wait to hear more!

We have been wanting to check this place out for a while and finally made the trip. First impressions were chests Italian joint with the red and white checkered table cloth and chianti in wicker baskets but the food said otherwise. Lasagna was on point and paid wonderfully with the montepulciano d'abruzzo. Veal scallopini was a bit dry but otherwise very flavorful. The tiramisu was VERY rummy which made for a great night in the bedroom. All in all 4.275 stars out of 5.
