New Year, Same Old Me!

My life and vulnerability .... hopefully will give you a nod for your own, and maybe a laugh.

Your little moment to find your nest ....whenever you need it....to remind you to love and honour yourself, to know that you have everything you need already. Safe inside each of our nests. 

Maybe I'll inspire you, bring you strength, maybe a smile to your face, or a spring to your step. 

I will intersperse these with interviews, or chats with people who are important to me, to discuss various topics which I think you will find interesting and hopefully thought provoking.
