One of the recent episodes of RPG got significant views compared to all the others, possibly due to the guest being a financial entrepreneur.

Patton took his ice bath skills to the test by smashing a six foot sheet of ice with a steel mace to have larger chunks instead of the regular bagged ice.

“You get in a cold ice bath and deal with that stress, and nothing else is going to stress you out.” (Patton)

Bernstein doesn’t have a specific fitness regiment, but will always workout each day to stay active and mobile.

Taking two days off from training is something that will throw Bernstein off energetically.

Patton and Bernstein both have utilized working out while wearing a weighted vest to add intensity.

Patton describes the steel mace as a, ‘old school battle ax’.

Patton vows to live to one hundred and eighty eight years old.

Comedy is one of the things that Bernstein is grateful for.

Performing at comedy clubs has been very enjoyable for Bernstein, but he prefers to put on his own show.

Patton beliefs in the Kaizen philosophy, making incremental improvements each day.

If money was limitless, Bernstein would pay to have stage time every night to perform new material.

Bernstein is a self admitted loner and would really rather work on his material at the comedy club than socialize with the other comics.

Finding focus to be productive takes discipline and sometimes you need to have downtime to regain clarity.

Being sensible is a very important life skill.

Being a free thinker is priceless instead of just doing whatever someone else tells you to do.

Bernstein chooses to read the news instead of watching it.

“CCN still has this perception almost that it is the mainstream.” (Bernstein)

Politics can often blind you by narrowing your view of the world.

Patton is a strong proponent of the Wim Hof breathing method to stay healthy inside and out.

Bernstein is releasing Neil Young spoof songs for fun.

The censorship Young was preaching about Joe Rogan was contradictory to his biggest song, ‘Keep on Rockin’ in the Free World.’

“Rogan is the pinnacle of media.” (Patton)

Some people think that comedy is lame, but they are not aware there is comedy beyond what they only see on TV.
