Good Friday is celebrated as the day of the death of Jesus - the darkest day in history, when the Lord and Savior of humanity was crucified for crimes he did not commit, condemned despite doing no wrong. In this first sermon of two, we will look at the events leading up to the crucifixion, as well as the people involved and why it was merely the first act of the most consequential event in human history.
