What started as a harmless trend has become a strict aesthetic that can mess with your mental health. Today I talk about this trend, my own experiences with it, and share some of my followers' thoughts on it. I also go into some healthy habits that this trend is promoting that I feel like everyone should be practicing, regardless of if it's aesthetic or not.
