What is familiarity ?? The dictionary describes it as a quality or state of being familiar. We've all either been in a place or know people that would prefer to stay in very unhealthy environments and or relationships even when it hurts because it's familiar, even after history has shown that there is no honor there. I know that the unknown is scary but it couldn't be worse than being among people who don't honor or respect you . Or worse the demand on you is so rigorous that it's either you or your DESTINY! DO NOT FOLD! God has gone ahead of you you're already okay! You've already WON!!! Have you ever heard the term what I ordered versus what I got?? Well, that was me just a little while ago. I found myself in a marriage with a complete stranger and not a nice one at that. How did I feel?? I'm glad that you asked, I felt confused, angry, frustrated, hurt, scared, perplexed, overwhelmed, and mad as heck. But in the midst of all that I knew that I had a choice, to make. How am I supposed to live through this without dishonoring myself & God? Who do I tell? Should I tell?  How do I make sense of this?? Well luckily God, does not feel overwhelmed by anything, I had to give it to him because it was above me. Abuse is so subtle it doesn't happen all at once but it chips away at your soul.
