In most people's minds, cheerleading is associated with white skinny girls holding pink pom-poms in y2k American movies. This image couldn't be further from reality.

In this episode, we're joined by London girl, Chloé Debrah competitive cheerleader and personal trainer, who shatters the stereotypes and gives us an unfiltered insight into the competitive cheer world.

Hit play and go through all of the emotions with us because Chloe doesn't hold back. She shares her experiences from the joys of being part of a community to concussions and dropping people during a stunt.

She also spilled the tea on diversity and inclusion in the sport and we were pleasantly surprised.
