Listening to some old Lil B songs made me think of where I was both mentally and spiritually at the time that music was released. I was in such a positive place and i'd like to get back to that frame of mind. I felt at peace....mostly. Seeing someone with so much confidence allowed me to find my own confidence and adopt some peaceful ways. At that time in my life I was the most pure I have ever been. These thoughts came to me from seeing a baby tree. My father and I planted a tree in the front yard when I was about 11 or 12. We moved away but I drove by maybe 15 years later and the tree was enormous. I am grateful to my father for forcing me to have that experience with him and for the valuable life lessons that came from said experience.
