Near to Perfection
Two things are needed for a great podcast:
1. A Good Host (Richard Hammond)
2. A Good Premise (Technology Reviews by Richard Hammond)
The show may lack hands-on interactions with the technology, but that's actually a step in the proper direction for a good podcast. No time is wasted learning how to use the technology. This is a show of opinions, not demonstrations. Mr. Hammond does an excellent job qualifying his opinions with empirical facts (usu. cost to consumers or costs to produce).
The only flaw is not with the podcast itself, but with the format it's presented in. It appears that the downloads made from iTunes are incompatible with certain iPod Nanos. This issue can be addressed by selecting the individual episodes in your Podcast menu, opening the "Advanced" options, and selecting "Create iPod or iPhone Version." The drawback to this method is it takes the better part of an hour to finish *(45-60 mins.)
Final score: 4 Stars (A 4.5 option isn't available)

Funny
Pretty funny and what he says about the touchscreen is very true

Where's the beef?
Little substance, nauseating computer generated openings, would like to see him interacting with products when possible. Extra star for being free.
