A Living Sacrifice. Romans 12:1-2 “Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship. Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.”

“What is open rebuke and why is it better that secret love?” It’s important to remember that God is a Faithful Father as well as a Teacher. That if you lack wisdom, if you ask Him for it and do not doubt He will extend it to you! James 1:5-8 “If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you. But when you ask, you must believe and not doubt, because the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind. That person should not expect to receive anything from the Lord. Such a person is double-minded and unstable in all they do.”

Following and Seeking God from a place of genuine awe, love and sincerity should be one of our main motivations for following Him. Once you taste and see the goodness of God there is transformation starting first with the heart. Jeremiah 29:13 (NIV) 13 You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.
