Here I rewrite and retell the opera of Carmen by Bizet. I loved this opera, this character of Carmen as a little girl. She represents the love and sex goddess that is so missing in our world today. How she is so full of love and we often are unable to recieve that love. I also Mention  the toxic masculine as in the opera, Carmen is murdered by her lover. I seek to rectify this story. As the goddess of love, cannot and should not be killed. This episode today explores Persephone, her known story as the bride of Hades, Queen of the Dead. But as her name means maker of death, I would propose that she always been the Queen of the Dead. My story today explores her origin, how did she become the queen of the dead if she was not swallowed up by the earth into Hades black chariot. I have questions about how the destroyer touches us all. This episode I visit the second oldest recorded story from ancient Sumer, The Descent of Inanna. This story was translated from cuneiform tablets and placed into story form. It is a truly beautiful story with depths beyond depths.
