Revealing the Records
Revealing the Records
Nathan Stewart
Revealing the Records is a passion project of Nathan Stewart and Brendan Drachler, in which they share not only their love of music, but also the backstory and sometimes surprising twists and turns that led to some of history’s greatest recordings. This podcast is meant primarily to celebrate the artists and the music they create, while also exposing the listener to new music that they can cherish as well. Each season will feature a deep dive into 12 artists, covering their discography and story in its entirety. Occasionally we will include "B-Side" episodes that are shorter in duration and build off of a specific artist's episode.
Christmas Songs
Christmas songs always seem to invoke intense reactions. Some people love ‘em, some people hate ‘em. Personally, I love Christmas songs but I get burnt out hearing the same old Wham! and Mariah Carey songs year after year. We put together a playlist of songs that aren’t so worn out. From lesser known cuts by artists like Paul Simon and Vulfpeck, to classics reworked by Smokey Robinson and Otis Redding, we hope you enjoy these songs as much as we do and we wish you a safe and happy 2020 holiday.

Hailed as one of the hero's of the current Nashville Revival, Simpson has charted a course that is uniquely his and is fighting to wrestle country music back from the bland and uninspired Arena Country Pop music that has dominated the genre over the last decade.
