This is a great gaming discussion podcast! these guys(and gal) talk about a wide variety of retro and modern gaming topics. and they do in a vary casual down to earth way. Ive even gotten my typically anti retro girlfriend addicted to it lol. keep up the great work RGE. These episodes can't come out fast enough!!

I came for Petedorr because I trust his knowledge and opinions very much, the guy is extremely smart and doesn’t listen to the nay sayers, if critics say a game is bad he will play it and decide for himself if he likes it and he gives great perspective on it, but I was very surprised to find out bovine is also very intelligent and has many perspectives to give on game collecting as well. Really enjoy just hanging out and listening to their stories.

Love listening to Pete and Bovine talk about their gaming passions, twitch streaming, and much more. I try and follow Pete wherever he may be publishing, and right now this is a great way to hear them. Audio issues have been all fixed as of episode 6, so fire up some retro games and listen to these guys!

This is an amazing podcast for anyone who loves collecting and playing retro games. The primary focus of the show is to discuss games and systems they are buying for their collections and games that they have been playing recently. Pete is a seasoned collector and BovineDevine is a new collector, so they bring two very different experiences and unique perspectives to the discussion. While they both have many similar interests, they will sometimes have very differing opinions and beliefs about gaming. This brings a very fun and entertaining back-and-forth interaction to the show. They have a very natural flow to their discussions which is very rare to find in a brand new podcast. The types of games they talk about are usually the underdogs of the gaming world. They enjoy bringing games and consoles to light which have been commonly overlooked or forgotten about by most of the retro gaming community, and then give reasons why these games are worth your time to check out. These are the type of games that most people wouldn’t even give a few minutes of their time to (not some “hidden gem” that everyone but casual gamers know about). If you are getting tired of hearing about the same old retro games that have been discussed to death, then this podcast will be perfect for you.

This one is for the passionate retro gamer- those who would equate finding a box of old cartridges to discovering treasure. Pete and Bovine are hip to the retro scene and shoot the breeze on all matters video game related. Chances are you won't be disppointed and I'll see you in their Twitch channels watching Bubsy speedruns and Ngage 2.0 showcases.

Their commentary is always friendly, and their game reviews are always honest. You can't ask for a better, more honest, and most knowledgeable pair of gaming historians who have actual experience playing everything they talk about. Wonderful work guys! These guys discuss plenty of the classic games and systems you know and love, while also shedding some light on the rare and overlooked ones you've never heard of. With topics ranging from crazy retro prices, to speed running, to Godzilla conventions, to online game streaming... they've got it all covered. Looking forward to future episodes.

I've been following Pete on Youtube for years and on Twitch for almost a year now, and had the opportunity to catch Bovine's first Twitch stream. These are two guys who are clearly passionate about gaming and collecting (albeit Bovine is fairly new into collecting yet still knowledgeable). Pete and Bovine mesh perfectly, creating a very laid back and friendly atmosphere. If you're at all interested in retro games or collecting, these two deserve a listen!

These two are true collectors and you can tell that they've been around the block when it comes to Retro Game collection and playthrough experience. Their two different perspectives, play bounds, and collection parameters gives the show flavor as they bounce ideas off one another and provide commentary from their respective corners. The ability to listen to them in the car and then go communicate with them on Twitch (PetesGameRoom & BovineDevine) gives a great sense of community. In terms of production value, some audio quality has had a bit of a rocky start, but they are constantly listening to feedback and making adjustments so I have no doubt that these issues will buff out and they aren't too bad if you're not listening in super audiophile mode like myself.

I have been a huge fan of Pete’s work for years. Definitely the most knowledgable and passionate person about retro games that know if on Twitch and YouTube. I could listen to Bovine and Pete’s discussions on retro games for hours. BovineDevine may have a new Twitch sub coming his way ;). Keep these podcasts coming pls!

Very chill discussion about the joy that is game collecting. Pete and Bovine have a good chemistry with one another and the conversation is insightful and fun. I would recommend this to anyone who likes game collecting or just gaming in general. I also really love how they talk about games in a more positive light, they don't trash on games, you can really tell they love gaming.
