Rethink Psychology questions the assumptions of American psychology and seeks to understand what other cultures of philosophy around the world have to offer to the growing discussion around psychology as a science. We will observe how these assumption about psychology have instigated the psychological problems we are seeing in our American culture. We blindly accept that American psychology is universally applicable to everyone because it appears to be scientifically superior to other cultures. We'll look at the biologicalization of psychology and how this leads us toward hedonism. Enjoy!
