Strength training isn’t just for building muscle — it’s one of the most effective tools for improving your heart health. In this episode, we break down how lifting weights can support your cardiovascular system and overall longevity.

You’ll learn:

• How strength training helps lower blood pressure and improves blood vessel function

• How it reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease and type 2 diabetes by improving insulin sensitivity, body composition, and metabolic health

• Exactly how much strength training you really need to see measurable improvements in heart health

• Whether strength training is safe and beneficial for people already diagnosed with cardiovascular disease, and what the research says about training with existing heart conditions

Whether you’re new to weights or already lifting regularly, this episode will help you understand how resistance training supports a stronger, healthier heart — and how to start applying these benefits to your own routine.
