Christine Oakes has been a personal trainer & yoga instructor since 2012. As a personal trainer holding certifications with ACE, NASM, TRX, & Stanford University she has helped clients improve strength, achieve healthy body composition, & increase stamina to support a variety of goals like climbing mountains or helping to eliminate sciatic pain. In yoga, she is a 500 hour E-RYT with her training in vinyasa, power vinyasa, gentle, yin, restorative, meditation, and Yoga TuneUp.
