Transcript:Happy valentine to all the loves out there. I know sometimes this holiday uh can be bittersweet for some people. So I just want to give some encouragement and the best love that we can give is uh to first love ourselves. and with the measure of the love we love within ourselves throughout that fullness of love that we can then give to others. So in that vein, I've written a love letter to myself and I'm sharing just to inspire you to do the same for yourself. And I'm sending love with this to all the broken hearts. You're worthy of love, and it's already right there within you. I am love. I love myself as myself. I love my broken pieces. I love my strengths and my weaknesses. I accept who I am as I am. I am worthy of love, and I don't need any one to validate. I'm worthy of it. I accept and receive love with grace, thankfulness, and humility. I give love from a full heart because I am whole already and don't need anything in return. I guard my energy, so that I can continue to vibrate with higher intentions. I am in love with my growth journey. I am shedding the old every day, every moment, so that I can continue to live in my fullest divine power to be happy, healthy, and well, and reflect the same to others. I am in love with how resilient I am, how I have been able to overcome many challenges in life. I am in love with my ability to love, even though my heart's been broken. I am in love with my dedication to my goals and dreams. I am in love with my craziness and love for freedom and adventure. I am in love with how much I've grown and learned and how wise I've become through each experience. I am in love with how I can smile and dance and cultivate happiness within despite outward circumstances. I am in love with my compassion and understanding for others. I am in love with my weaknesses because in the weak places I find my strength. I am in love with my ability to transform how I can take unfavorable circumstances and see the good and how all things serve a greater purpose, whether I am aware or not. I am in love with my child like faith, and how I believe that anything is possible, and that whatever I put my mind to, I can create. I am in love with me.

Dr. Sonia and Beka discuss the topic of milk and the benefits, particularly of A2 milk.
Dr. Sonia recommends trying A2 Milk, especially for those who may have a harder experience digesting regular milk. She explains how many people who stop drinking milk due to indigestion or IBS may not actually have a milk allergy, but rather weak digestion.
Milk is an integral part of good health, and although being vegan can be beneficial, milk provides an excellent source of nutrients for many people.
