By the end of 2015 quite some EU regulations have been finalized, like the European Data Protection Regulation, the NIS or Trade Secrets Directive, which all have a significant impact on digital technology and civil liberties. The talk is going to explain how the European Union actually works, who the players in Brussels are, what Civil Society Organizations deal with it on a daily base and how European politics can be influenced.
