Love the content but on sound, I can never hear one person because it sounds like they are sitting farther away from the microphone and the other one is so loud I just can’t really listen to it any more. Would love to be able to listen in if the sound could be more consistent between the two voices.

BEST FTD SUPPORT OUT HERE
I can’t recommend Remember Me enough to anyone experiencing the confusion and grief of dementia and caregiving- especially for FTD- but not only for that. Rachael and Maria have personal FTD journeys and it’s that lived experience that enables them to root their work in love. Give them a listen. Hear the stories of so many. Learn and grow. You will feel supported and less alone.

So much heart and love in one pod
Rachael and Maria have created a warm, loving community for those in circumstances that are intrinsically scary and isolating. Remember Me is a completely unique, wonderful way of giving a voice to those who need one. Do yourself the biggest favor, show yourself some compassion, and give Remember Me a listen.

An FTD Must Have for All dealing with this disease
I stumbled upon this podcast almost a year and a half ago. About nine months after losing my husband to bbFTD/ALS. It was like finding the friends I didn’t know I needed. Maria and Rachael do a wonderful job of helping families tell their stories and make connections of support through the Re-Members only Group. I can’t begin to express how much this community has meant to me and how it’s helped me through the grief and trauma of this hideous disease. Thank you both for continuing your advocacy and sharing with all of us. ❤️❤️

Apathy podcast
This podcast is so relatable! Thank you once again for sharing your stories, so those of us with loved ones with FTD do not feel so alone. This might be a place where if someone had a loved one who was newly diagnosed I would say start here! This was beautifully communicated….and probably one of the most difficult parts of FTD. Grateful for all your work!

The best therapy at home
I found Remember me podcast shortly after my husband was diagnosed. As I listened to a few stories, I felt such relief to know that I was not alone in this terrible experience with FTD. With their charismatic personalities and soothing voices, Rachel and Maria helped me get through those early, rough days. This podcast is a “must listen” for anyone who has a loved one with FTD.

So needed..
So I stumbled on this almost exactly two years ago to the day. It was during a time when I was struggling, heartbroken and overwhelmed in my newfound role as a caregiver to my mom. My mom was young and I had never heard of FTD before. I even submitted a request to share my story. Maria and Rachel interviewed me, and my mom even made an appearance on camera. Even though it never aired in an episode, I appreciated the time to talk with two people who fully understood. I continued to listen, and those episodes carried me through those really difficult times. They also helped me find some joy throughout that journey. About 6 months after the the interview with them, my mom passed away. The grief episodes really were so relatable.

Thankful
My husband received a diagnosis of bvFTD in January 2023. Next, we attended the AFTD Conference in May. We participated in a live podcast recording, meeting Rachael and Maria as well as several who have been their guests on previous episodes. After the conference, I have been listening to past episodes. I am so appreciative and thankful for the podcast. I feel such camaraderie and have learned so much since beginning to listen. Thank you Rachael and Maria for this beautiful podcast.

Forever grateful
This podcast completely turned my viewpoint of focusing on all the negatives that come along with FTD and truly teach and provide examples on how to accept the good. Peeling back the layers of hard, tough, calloused layers that were built with anger, sadness and loss. I was finally brought back to the beauty, reminiscence and clarity of my mom prior to her disease. Through the incredible stories, anguish, tears and shared experiences, I was able to take down my steadfast armor and start to heal. Thank you for bringing me to a place where I see my mom, and not the FTD.

10 stars - MUST LISTEN!
Not sure how I haven’t already written a review for this podcast - probably bc I NEVER write reviews, but this one is a must! Finding Remember Me after my mom’s FTD diagnosis was nothing short of an answered prayer. Maria, Rachael, and all their guests sharing their stories and knowledge helped me in so many ways. I’ve been able to connect, learn, and navigate this journey from their podcast episodes and through the community they’ve built. I’ve laughed, cried, and felt seen/heard. So much thanks to these ladies and what they’ve created. I hope to see this show continue to grow, thrive, and reach others who have to face this horrible disease.

Thank you!
I am so glad I found you! You both lift my heart. This is such an ugly disease that is kidnapping our loved ones right in front of our eyes and we don’t recognize it until it is too late. Thank you for sharing the good and helping me to recognize that there is so much good even when it seems so ugly. Thank you for bringing recognition to FTD because it’s not about your loved one forgetting memories of your life together, FTD takes your loved one away and leaves you with a person you don’t know and whom you are unable to communicate with. Blessings to you both I will be listening ♥️

The podcast for anyone dealing with FTD
I have listened to podcasts about grief, I have listened to podcasts about medicine, but I have never heard of podcast like this that so intimately and humanely talks about the nightmare that is FTD. Each story is told in such a loving and supportive way, and the hosts give their whole hearts in every episode. There are moments of laughter, moments of heartache, and lots of moments of love. I highly recommend this podcast to anyone and everyone dealing with FTD, even if it’s someone close to you that has a loved one dealing with FTD, this is an amazing podcast to gain insight so you can know how to support yourself and loved ones. Thank you Maria and Rachael (hosts and creators) for creating this sacred space.

I am so grateful that I found this podcast!
This podcast showed up in my life at the exact right time. My dad was diagnosed with FTD 2.5 years ago and the last 12 months have been really tough. I joined the FTD support group on Facebook and someone recommended this podcast. Words cannot actually do justice to what it has given to me in my ongoing grief. I feel less alone. I feel loved and cherished and understood. I feel CONNECTED. And after a long, long week, I feel so glad to turn on Remember Me and listen to my friends Rachael and Maria, who make me feel a little less scared and a little less overwhelmed. If you're looking for a caring and dynamic support for the FTD/dementia journey, then this podcast is it. Thank you for everything.

This podcast.....
I may be somewhat biased, being that I am Rachaels mom, but after reading the comments and hearing from past guests, I know that both Rachael and Maria have found their calling and their inspriation helps me to ACCEPT THE GOOD. Still, some days are unbearably hard, thw sadness and grief can come out of nowhere, but I also know how lucky I was to have My Frankie in my life. Wihout him, there would be no you, Rachael, and for that, I am forever grateful .

Always Accept the Good
Hands down one of my fave podcasts [& podcast hosts]. Maria & Rachael take you on a honest, organic, in-depth journey into FTD. Each episode gives the viewer a sense of comfort and familiarity. I especially appreciate the caregiving perspective and support offered. Thank you gals for putting your sweat + tears into this phenomenal show. You’re teaching us all how to, Always Accept the Good!

The sharing is important
FTD makes caregivers feel isolated and confused. The sharing that of stories and information through this podcast is important. It not only informs the uninformed, but allows those of us invisibly linked by FTD to feel more connected.

On demand therapy
This is the best podcast for families affected by FTD. I’ve been so thankful for having “on demand” therapy.

Like a mini therapy session
Listening is like experiencing a mini therapy/support group session. If you have a loved one experiencing FTD this is a MUST LISTEN. I’m sure those dealing with other dementias could also relate to a lot of it. FTD can be rare and make you feel so lonely, but Maria and Rachel make you feel connected again. Honestly learned more here than I have from any neurologist on FTD.

An In-depth Look at the Realities of FTD
FTD is such a rare dementia that strikes at such a rare time in life. When you have a loved one with FTD you feel so alone. Most likely no one you know outside your family has a loved one with this disease and your friends assume they know the path you are walking because they have had an elderly loved one with Alzheimer’s. Both diseases are devastating for families, but they are very different and at times FTD comes along with many extremely unacceptable social and personal behavior that further push FTD families out of supportive social circles. Especially when that loved one is 40-60 years old and has no “outward” reason to explain alienating behaviors. RememberMe is the podcast you can listed to and feel less alone and feel like there are others in the world that are dealing with what you deal with on a daily basis. Rachael and Maria put a lot of time into creating a professional podcast that has a great mix of guests and is very professionally produced. They have heartily succeeded in their mission to bring FTD families together as a community to learn from one another and grieve with each other.

Love this podcast!
Maria and Rachael lead the way as each individual person tells their experience with love and loss. My family member has FTD, so I definitely resonate with what these ladies talk about - BUT the idea of grief and love can be generalized to other areas. All around a great listen. Highly recommend.

So Real
It’s a breath of fresh air listening to these two talk. So raw and genuine. They make people who are going through this journey feel so comfortable and not alone in this. Their personal touches to the stories that they allow people to tell really makes me feel like I know them all and their loved ones. They make people feel safe to feel how ever they want to feel about grief and that it is ok. Beautiful top podcast to listen to and they taught me to always “accept the good”.

The best podcast out there!
This podcast is one that always sticks out in my mind. The stories capture love, admiration, and devotion in ways I didn’t know was possible. The exact title of the podcast, Remember Me, is such an important reminder that all people have a story to tell. Maria and Rachael allow for a safe place to do so, with their (virtual) arms wide open.

Raw and Real: Much Needed Podcast
I wish I had found a podcast like this years ago. Hearing these FTD stories told in such a raw, heartfelt way warms my hurting heart and reminds me that even when caregiving feels lonely, I am not alone. They are stories of heartbreak and resilience desperate to be told and longing to be heard. Rachael and Maria really get it: As grievers and caregivers themselves, they are extremely gentle yet real as they interview guests about their FTD journeys. The expert interviews are chalk-full of helpful info and lifesaving resources for families. I never miss an episode!

Heartfelt, raw and so so sweet
This podcast is so valuable to the FTD community. It’s a great source of connectedness and has definitely made me feel less alone. Beyond FTD, this podcast really highlights the ability and the need to look for the silver lining in tough situations. The hosts have excellent chemistry and they’re easy to listen to.
