I just listened to the episode about mirrors. After Lori gave us an example of good and bad mirrors, I realized I never look for “good “mirrors. I am always looking to improve but forget to give myself credit for good things. Thanks To Lori for giving that distinction. I will look to challenge my perception, looking for the good in myself more often .
