Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University. During her undergrad years at SU, she and her friend AJ developed the Can't Make This Up podcast in the hopes of enacting change through storytelling. Their mission is to use their personal narratives as two best friends coming from different underrepresented backgrounds to drive the topics they discuss and have an equal exchange of knowledge and perspective with their listeners. Ep19: Single Parenting with Lauren Lisowe
Lauren Lisowe is a 40 year old data analyst and mom to 13 year old Braden and 10 year old Amelia. While both of her kids were born Georgia peaches in Atlanta, Lauren has returned to her Arkansas roots to be closer to family to raise her family. One of her proudest personal accomplishments is graduating from Georgia Tech in Atlanta. In her "spare time" she also runs her 10 year old's non-profit, Lisowe's Lights, and helps facilitate her son's budding chef business, Braden's Bites. She also currently serves as the Marketing Vice President on the executive committee for the National Association of Junior Auxiliaries and is a third term President of the ADCPO.
