Wonderful show
Such a great show Dr. Abby really takes the time to explain things give you real life examples and talks a little bit about the research and the actual science behind these things. This is not some wannabe influencer on Instagram spouting nonsense. This is a lady that knows her stuff about relationships.

Dr. Abby is totally the Jewish Mom I needed
I’m so thankful to have come across this show. I come from a very dysfunctional family, and although I have a wonderful family now (that I have created), letting go of resentment and pain from my past has always held me back from my full potential. I’ve recently begun my own healing journey because I’ve realized that fully protecting my family’s peace begins with protecting my own and nurturing what has been neglected for so many years. Dr. Abby provides clear, actionable tips and to-do items that really work and I love that she clearly has done her homework and is an expert but also is truly loving and funny. I feel that she is 100% sincere when she says that she loves her listeners and wants what is best for all of us. I also love that she is so open about her past, and what she has overcome in her personal life. She’s definitely real and I trust her. Thank you for your work Dr. Abby, this show is such a comfort and has helped me heal.

Currently binge listening to all episodes ♥️
Abby has truly changed my life in just a few weeks. It feels almost ironic to say that because I used to be friends with someone named Abby, and I associate that friendship with a lot of pain. She has not only helped me process those feelings but has supported me in ways I can’t even begin to express.
I actually found her podcast while searching for something to help my brother who isn’t ready to see a therapist (yet 😉). From the first episode, I was hooked. Her use of research to support all of her teachings resonated with me instantly. She often jokes about being your “Jewish mom,” and it turns out, that is exactly what I needed. I never had that kind of warm, honest, and encouraging guidance from someone who feels like both a mother figure and a best friend and it honestly just feels like she has filled a missing part of my heart as cheesy as that sounds.
I’m not usually one to write reviews—maybe I never felt like my opinion mattered much—but Abby has impacted me so profoundly that I feel compelled to share. This is my small way of giving back for everything she has done for me, which is truly priceless.
As someone struggling to find a therapist I truly connect with, having her podcast in the meantime has been invaluable. If you’re looking for insight, support, and a little bit of tough love wrapped in warmth, I can’t recommend her enough.

Episode numbers
Love the podcast Abby. Really helping me change my life. I’m married to a therapist so this has been incredibly helpful to be able to have the same tools on my toolbox as my spouse.
Can you add episode numbers to the title of each episode? It will help when I go back to listen to an episode that you reference. Thanks!
