In a world like today, where we are exposed to information, radical change, and new inventions it is important to know how best you learn/ take in information. In this episode, I give you a few things that have helped me take in information better, faster, and in an enjoyable way.
If I could go back just 2 years and tell myself something. It would be this; seek knowledge and learn how best you comprehend it. Not necessarily how other people learn but experiment with different ways and figure out what works for you.
Furthermore, being quick to apply what we learn is the icing on the cake.
Hope you enjoy this episode.
Stay blessed!

Have you ever had those moments in life where nothing seems to be making sense. Where you not feeling the vibe of life and it feels like you're just spinning wheels in the mud?
In this episode, I zone you in on what I faced recently. Where I was feeling stressed and really just drained with the duties of life. I also give you tips on things I did that helped me get out of this mundane feeling.
Sometimes it's easy to come off as tough and having everything "under control" but I find it's in these vulnerable moments that we connect as humans.
Stay blessed family!
Much Love!

In this podcast episode, we talk about the lessons I learned from when I was 8 years old. There's one particular experience I remember and that is when I learned how to swim. A very unconventional way!
Along my journey, I've come to realize how important the principles I applied back then are. And those are:
1. Not letting failure define you.
2. Not letting your lack of knowledge stop you from doing something.
I hope to express these two thoughts in this episode hoping to bring you some encouragement.
Stay blessed!

Pressing questions have been on my mind lately. Questions like; "Would I enjoy this lifestyle?", "Am I doing this solely for the money or is this a career that brings me fulfillment?"
In this episode, I give you a preview of the questions that have been lingering in my mind about career choices and entrepreneurship. It dawned on me to focus and truly enjoy the process instead of shortcutting to the outcome. Really deploying patience and realizing that more money won't necessarily bring more happiness.
This is the conversation we bring to the table in this fun episode.

There are a number of ways to substantially increase your level of output but one way I believe has a huge impact is on the basis of Self-identity. How do you see yourself? Who do you see yourself to be? Just a student, just a salesperson? Guess what, that's who you're going to be? Dan Lok says, "You'll never outperform how you see yourself."
Great News! If you see yourself as just a mediocre person, there's no debate; that's how you'll behave. On the other side, if your goal is to lose weight like me, and start to see yourself as someone who is healthy and exercises often it will be easier to perform in that light.
That has been a fundamental lesson for me so far. Hope you understand it, run with, and implement it.
Much Love!

For way too long, the perception of what failure is has hindered my growth. What I thought failure represented and how I felt towards it prevented me from trying new things that will in turn scale my growth.
In this episode, I give you a personal experience that many would call a "failure" and how I reacted to it. I also give you a few questions that you can answer for yourself that can help remove some limiting beliefs to your development.
Thank you for listening.
Stay Blessed.

I believe each one of us has a greater version of ourselves which we would like to be. Which we have the full potential to become. Unfortunately for most of us, we took in a lot of garbage from our environment and that has limited the way we process things. How we take action. Why it is a little challenging to bring out the superhero in us.
In this episode, I propose developing a "growth mindset" described by Dr. Carol S. Dweck to be the first step to becoming your greater self. I believe dealing with the core/root of the problem is the most important part. Once we intentionally and consistently work on destroying the limiting beliefs in our heads we are headed in the right direction.
Thank you for listening!

Often neglected but a driving force to our actions is the environment we create. Either we do it consciously or subconsciously, we create our environment and then our environment creates us. In the episode, I share with you 3 things you can implement today in order for you to spice up your environment in a way that moves you closer to your goals.
1. Audit your Friends
2. Be selective of the content you consume
3. Develop a culture of constant learning
Found these three to be prominent in my life and believe they'll help you too.
Have a blessed day!

Summing up the conversation with my good friend Infrallectual, in this episode we talk about what legacy means to him. What he hopes to be remembered for besides the fire beats he makes.
Really hope this brings value to you as much as it did me.
Enjoy!

Getting the opportunity to catch up with a good friend of mine has not just been refreshing but also enjoyable.
In this episode, we dive deep into the life of Infrallectual and get to know his roots, where the music came in, and how his life is as a music producer, songwriter, and student. I totally enjoyed this talk with him and hope you too. I would encourage you not only to listen to the words he said but also the subtle takeaways such as, 'listening to yourself & trusting the process.' Those aren't exact words he says but something you can pick up from the illustrations he gives along his journey.
It would mean the world to me if you share the podcast. Truly appreciate it.
Stay Blessed!
