It’s easy to get into the habit of trying to be better and do better yourself, but without Jesus it means nothing. In our lives we’ve seen the repercussions of trying to control and run things on our own or trying to look good on the outside, but not daily surrendering our hearts to Jesus. We hope this episode encourages you to remember the moment you came to Jesus and operate in that heart of surrender to Him daily, knowing that your works don’t get you to Him, giving your heart to Him does. Biblical community and being in relationship with others is something the Lord has designed and longs for us to have. We discuss how important a strong community of believers is and how it fuels us, as we are being encouraged in our communities to chase after Jesus first in our lives. We pray this encourages you guys this week and reminds you of how important biblical community truly is!
