Great show
No matter what your opinion may be on this subject matter this show has a way of exposing how often double standards make it to laws that end up causing a lot of unnecessary consequences for the citizens of our states and country as a whole.

Registry Matters
This podcast provides valuable information on a topic that people don’t want to hear about. Sex offenders should not be serving lifetime sentences after they do their time and these topics provide great information as to why. Thanks for your advocacy!

Get the facts, create rational justice
Weeds through all the widely held misconceptions about the Registry and people on it to discuss the legal landscape and bring light to this truly failed collection of sex offense laws.

Awareness is Key
This is a nicely represented medium on a very complicated issue surrounding the sex offender registry. Bringing matters to conversation is a step to sorting out the ratchet.

A Must Listen to Podcast for all Registered Citizens and those that care about them.
This podcast is about the sex offender registry, the social issues surrounding the registry and the latest news and information about the registry. The podcast staff is very knowledgeable and features Larry Neely who is an attorney with a great deal of knowledge and experience with the legal issues and challenges faced by those on the registry.
Even if you are not a registered citizen this is a great podcast to listen to because it exposes the erosion of civil liberties and personal freedoms that have taken place in the US over the past few decades. Often the erosion of freedom starts with those considered _undesirable_ and then expands to other groups, once society accepts thats its OK to treat these _undesirables_ harshly even if it is not in keeping with the Constitution then other groups follow. This creates a slippery slope for the further erosion of personal liberties for ALL citizens.
In the words of Martin Niemöller (1892–1984) was a prominent Protestant Lutheran pastor who emerged as an outspoken public foe of Adolf Hitler and spent the last seven years of Nazi rule in concentration camps.
"First they came for the Socialists, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Socialist.
Then they came for the Trade Unionists, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Trade Unionist.
Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Jew.
Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me."
Listen and learn about this issue that is creating the very slippery slope that could lead to the further erosion of personal freedom and liberty in the United States

Great Discussion of Difficult Issues
I think this podcast is a first of its kind. It talks about the sex offender registry without all of the ridiculous hype and nonsense that usually comes with such discussions. The two hosts dive in deep on current issues surrounding the registry and explain difficult legal concepts so we call can understand them. I'm looking forward to more interviews and more examination of various issues. This podcast does a world of good in discussing topics that you can't find anywhere else. Very proud of this podcast.
