Namaste! Breathe, just breathe and smile. Do you stop and think back? Are you always on a rush ? Just breathe. This is a reflection podcast. I will be sharing with you my daily reflections on from my morning, evening reflection journal. It is that simple. It will cover areas of reflection based on my personal experiences, observations from my traveling, and most importantly it will cover the lessons that I learned from those experiences.
Reflection: What do I repeat each day? Are my repeatations adding value and are they substantial?
1. Have specific time to scroll through social media and reply to text with an added discipline. 2. Read with patience, understand the mind of the author:) 3. Make exercise and walks a routine practice, count them as your best friends.
