My Testimony | Rediscovering Biblical Femininity
My Testimony | From being a slave to sin to being set free and saved by Jesus Christ | Rediscovering Biblical Femininity Hey my sister in Christ! In today's episode, I discuss my testimony! From being so lost and a slave to sin to being set free and saved by Jesus Christ.  I once had many addictions, was depressed, and had no true purpose, but in today's episode, I share how Jesus Christ gave me purpose and how He saved me by grace through faith in Him. I discuss who I was before knowing Christ Jesus and what He has done in my life, soli Deo gloria! The intention for sharing this testimony is to show that if God saved me(the worst of sinners) then He can certainly do it for anybody(including you)! I hope and pray that this testimony will make you want to glorify and magnify  the God of Jacob for His unfailing love! He LITERALLY split the red sea and waters of judgement in my life and made a way for me to cross. He made a way when there seemed to be no way and who is that way? His Name is Jesus Christ. This is the story of how Jesus Christ saved me. Want to see the show notes (blog post) for this episode? Click Here! Hey! Are you a Christian girl who wants to understand what it means to be a Christian woman but you don't know where to start in a world that is against true Biblical femininity? Welcome to Rediscovering Biblical Femininity; a podcast with the mission to give glory and honor to Jesus Christ. Join me, an ex-feminist who is now a born-again Christian by grace through faith in the Lord Jesus. I discuss my testimony and what I have learned (and am still learning) on my walk with Christ. I talk about how to be bold for Christ in a faithless society and how to walk out the roles He has given women, using Scripture. Join me Wednesdays for faith-filled podcasts that are meant to encourage young girls and women on their walks with Christ; to be a faithful daughter in a world that is against true Biblical femininity.  I'm Fedora, a born-again Christian who God has particularly shown His immeasurable graces to. Using Scripture I'll discuss what a Biblical woman is, why God calls women to submit, and the beauty of submission using Christ’s example. I'll also discuss why submission is frowned upon in this world and other topics like modesty, the roles given to us as women, my thoughts on feminism, and much more all revolving around the Word of God. This is Rediscovering Biblical Femininity. Weekly Christian podcasts, blogs, and YouTube videos. Questions that I asked when Jesus first saved me: “Will God continue to forgive me?” “How do I know that I am saved?” “How do I know that righteousness can be obtained by faith and not by works?” “Can I lose my salvation?” Will I always have that “wretch like me attitude” after first being saved by Jesus(after understanding God’s grace; Understanding that we are children of God “I don’t understand why God created women from the rib of Adam! I am a bit offended, but I want to be submitted to God. Help!!” Bible study of Genesis. “What is God calling me to do as a woman?” How should women be in the church? Does the Great Commission apply to women? “Should I evangelize as a woman?” What is Submission “Help! I’ve been stagnant as a Christian!” “Help! I don’t feel like reading the Word” “What should I do when I don’t feel like going to church” “I don’t feel God’s Presence, what should I do?” Topics I'll discuss LORD willing:  What it means to be a gentle and quiet spirit Being a Godly woman who used to be a feminist; taking care of the home Circumcision and uncircumcision have no value; my experiences Christian Encouragement Ideas of orderly worship as women Christian fellowship, my experiences Jesus Christ as the supreme example for submission (Philippians & Galatians Bible Study) Jesus’ design for women Is it a sin to not dress modestly? Bible study of making others stumble. Also my experiences of choosing to dress modestly. About me, Fedora I'm a teenage girl who was once lost but now am found.
