I related so much with Felony to Fitness Free!! Even though I’m not in fitness I was in addiction for 18+ years and today I have 7 years clean🤩 I was in jail when I found out I was pregnant with my daughter on June 12, 2017 and that’s the day my road to recover began.. My daughter is a beautiful, sassy, smart, and spunky little girl who has gave me a purpose in life.. #recoveryispossible

This is a truly unique podcast and I think it’s nice to hear from celebrities and people that are well known that their life isn’t perfect and that they’ve had their struggles just as all of us had! I’m so glad you created a safe space for people to talk about what happened in their life and for us to be able to listen & relate to some of these guest ! When we see successful people, we always think they have always been at that place in their life. But in reality it is often a journey for them. This great podcast tells the story of these journeys.

I love the concept of this, the people interviewed, but Andrew is rude sometimes and it’s awkward

Just started listening after listening to Couple Things & following The East Fam on YouTube. I’m catching up on all the episodes and I’ve loved every one I’ve listened to so far. Not only does it apply to me as a former athlete, but the concepts and lessons in these podcasts are applicable to everyday life. I love the questions Andrew asks and how he interacts with everyone! But I’ve especially loved the two episodes where Shawn and Andrew interview each other, I think those convos are so amazing!

I love being introduced to all of your guests and following them on Instagram after. Sometimes the audio can be hard to hear while driving but that could just be my car.

Andrew is a breath of fresh air in a generation that doesn’t know what’s important anymore. These topics are relevant, most relatable, and all encouraging. I love his calming yet hilarious presence and hope everyone will tune in.
