Insightful, comforting, a true pleasure
Spencer is a welcoming host who manages to make his guests feel comfortable during such difficult topics. The vulnerability from everyone involved is so eye opening. They make learning and listening a true wonder. I hope this podcast continues in any capacity as it really is a joy❤️

Loving it!
I love listening to this podcast! I actually learned about this with all the love you have been receiving through instagram lately. The fans have being going crazy over you lately and I’m loving it. Ever since then, I’ve gotten addicted just because it is so easy to listen to which I can’t say for many podcasts. Each and every podcasts draws me in.

Message to Spencer Bledsoe
Hello, I know you probably get this a lot but I am a huge fan. It’s a pleasure to have the opportunity to talk to you. This is not some random Survivor fanboy message. I’ll get into it, my girlfriend and I were scrolling Netflix a month back or so and decided we’d try Survivor. We decided s28 was what we were going to watch because it was recent. Over the course of the last month, I’ve seen s28 & s31. I was glued to the screen. I was devastated when you’d lost in s28 so I’d d gone looking for more content. I’d gone to your Instagram and discovered your meditation and noticed that you’d gone on a social media hiatus. I finished s31 this afternoon and I’d just like to say thank you. Because of your hiatus there was no way to contact you. You have changed my life. Following some of your content that you had on Instagram, I went through and unfollowed all meme, political, sports, and just random accounts from all my my social media. Watching you so happy without it made me realize that there are so many other and better ways that I could use my time. Hundreds of accounts, facebook groups, Snapchat memes, and more. It felt like a weight had been lifted off of my shoulders. Your hiatus and the way that you have conducted yourself since you’ve left the show changed my life through meditation, relationship building, realizing that just because one thing goes wrong, you can’t let it ruin your day, and so much more. I’ve started reading more, spending more time with people I love, and I have the opportunity to continue to learn from someone who has changed my life by listening to this podcast. If you took the time to read this through, thank you. Thank you for not only the content on the show, but for being a guiding light in this world when the world is the opposite. I hope all is well for you. I had to find a way to tell you thank you was all. I discovered this podcast today. I’m excited to listen to next weeks episode. I’ve got my tongue on the ridge in the roof of my mouth! Have a great day, thanks for everything.

Amazing Podcast, Host, and Message
I have been listening to this podcast for quite some time now (and was featured on Podcast #26). In this podcast, Reiman (Spencer) frames mental illness in a vulnerable and honest way that really reflects the reality of living with a mental illness. I think it is amazing that there are so many people willing to share their stories. I am greatly interested in the discussion of mental health, and if anyone ever needs a person to talk to about it, I am always willing to discuss things. Stay strong! <3

Day By Day
I'm a 56 year old father, husband, business owner. Until recently (the year of Covid) I did not understand or appreciate the way a mental disorder (and specifically anxiety) can suddenely appear out of nowhere and and take over your entire life. Wreaking havoc and paralyzing your normal. It was all new to me. Spencer's podcast, his approach to topics, the safe place he creates for his guests and audience — all of it helped me to process what was happening. It gave me courage to cope and share with others. Anxiety is real, but can be managed. Thanks Spencer for your dedication and commitment to others. People, if you are stuggling with mental disorders, anxiety, depression, etc. check out this podcast.

Whether or not you deal with mental health issues, everybody can gain something from listening to this podcast!

Amazing, Relatable, Informational
My name is also Spencer and listening to the first episode today, I’ve found it very relatable. We’ve had the same upbringing almost to a tee and I really enjoy his insight on these topics. It is hard for someone like me to find people that share my personality traits. Great podcast!

This podcast is such a tremendous reminder that we are all dealing with hardships in different ways and that taking the time to openly talk about them can bring us immensely closer. Give it a listen!
I’ve had the pleasure of speaking to Spencer regarding living my life as someone who struggles with a mental disorder. I had the pleasure of listening to some of this podcast and I think it is a wonderful thing what Spencer is doing. It’s intelligent, thought provoking and he is using his “celebrity” platform to raise awareness to an otherwise minimally discussed topic. Please give this podcast a listen, you will NOT be disappointed. Thank you Spencer! Keep up the outstanding work and continue to raise awareness! All the best!

wonderful podcasts
I have just started listening to this podcast. It is very interesting listening to the podcasts and learning. While I do not suffer from any disorders, the topics are interesting and hopefully will help me understand what other are going through. I espcially loved the podcast with David Wright as I am a big Survivor fan and certainly fans of Spencer and David. Listening to 2 people who participated in a show that is demanding phyiscally, it is really interesting to listen to how they coped during a reality show.

So good!! Personal stories carry a powerful message!
I work in a high school and have so many students that I'd like to share this podcast with. The concept of not hiding emotions, but bringing them to light so that you can get help. This was a captivating listen!

Incredibly insightful and candid
Building a connection with real people and their stories is so important to moving the needle on mental health equity. Spencer and Laura do such a great job of having real, insightful, and optimistic conversations with their guests and their relationships with mental health. I can't recommend this podcast enough!

Great informative podcast
I heard about the podcast while listening to Spencer on a RHAP podcast. After 2 episodes, I am hooked learning about mental disorders. I have experience with dating something with OCD but that is just a small part of the spectrum of disorders that many people deal with on a daily basis.

Eye opening
I really enjoyed the first few episodes and I think they're headed in the right direction. It's interesting to hear and try to understand different perspectives. I think spencer and Laura should interview their own family members perhaps in later episodes

Something I look forward to
Awesome podcasts. Amazing how the stories of other people, regardless of such differing experiences, have so many lessons inside. I think I'll to learn to validate my own and others feelings a lot better, and thus be able to help myself and them in an improved way. Thanks so much for your courage to be vulnerable Laura, Spencer, and the guests! Looking forward to next Wednesday!

Excited for these difficult discussions
Mental disorders and processing them actively is very dear to my heart and I know how difficult it is to have these honest conversations - Spencer and Laura are really open, which is the first step to teaching others about destigmatizing disorders. Thank you, thank you, thank you, for giving me a great podcast to listen and reflect.

Worth listening too
The podcast was a good mix of information and personal stories. The hosts were vulnerable and real which made it easy to connect with them. They have a hopeful and honest approach to mental health. A great listen.

Good start
I heard about this from Spencer's appearance on Rob Has a Podcast and figured I'd give it a listen because Spencer is an articulate guy with a lot to say on the subject of mental illness. I found the first episode to be very good and am looking forward to listening to more. Mental Illness is something that needs to be better understood by more people so this is a great topic for a podcast from many people's favorite "Survivor".
