In support of World Mental Health Day, we wanted to do something a little different. This is a cause very close to us as it's something we've both dealt with in our lives. We've taken some of your questions and just wanted to give our honest opinions and thoughts on them. We're not experts, just two 23 year-old lads that think we should all be speaking more about mental health, and could always be doing our bit to give someone a hand.
