'Arranged Marriage' is the concept of using a third party to find a spouse. For example, a relative, friend or a matchmaker that can introduce you to a potential partner of marriage. In this podcast we discuss how forced marriage can be hidden under the facade of arranged marriage. We invite speakers who've witnessed or been a part of successful/ toxic arranged marriages. They draw on their experiences, establish their cultural norms within this marriage as compared to western ideals, debating on the ultimate idea, which is better? Arranged marriage or love marriage?

Be it humans and their survival instinct, micro organisms or even the more controversial topic about “God” is discussed and debated in detail. Should we fear the monster that you see in front of you or should you fear the system that created it? Can you bring the monster out in anyone given the right amount of pressure? Who is a true “villain”? Join us on this rollercoaster of an episode where we discuss everything from the lighter topics of animated, fictional and literary villains to the villains that haunt our mortal life on Earth. Freud's theory suggests that dreams are a disguised fulfillment of a repressed wish. In our podcast we delve deeper into the connection between Dreams and Reality. We discuss how our dreams affect our reality, and vice versa. From questions such as 'Where do we go when we sleep?’ and 'Has our entire life just been a cleverly crafted hologram?' this podcast questions our own identity. We discuss our childhood recurring dreams and aspirations, and how that has shaped who we are right now.

“Can pigs fly?” is a common interrogative statement often said to symbolise something “impossible”. It is used in a satirical way. We portray an argument where we convince you why pigs can indeed fly. Join us on this fun discussion about the dangers of committing fully to any piece of scientific “facts” that are bound to change in the future. This is a very light, fun topic with a deep message.

Autarky is a characteristic of self sufficiency usually used to describe societies, countries and various economic systems. This is a very erudite topic, which we aimed to simplify. We explore if we have reached some form of autarky during this pandemic, and discuss the effect it would have on our life if this fantasy becomes reality. We use analogies to determine if autarky can be beneficial, and if at all it can be executed. Even though this is a very serious topic, we use the analogy of a zombie apocalypse and quarantining, and debate if living in autarky can be considered sustainable living in some ways.
